The beautiful and durable hand-crafted jute bags from The Jacksons are a joyous outcome of the design collaboration between Louise and the skilful handicraft workers in south-west Bangladesh. The partnership began in 2012 and The Jacksons are now working closely with over 3000 women in Bangladesh, striving to help overcome poverty and improve the women’s social standing while creating beautiful works of art. These women are paid directly, giving them independence and status, empowering them to make decisions within the family, as well as access to free medical care and schools thanks to this dynamic collaboration.

To maintain the beauty of your item, gently brush away dirt or debris using a slightly damp, soft cloth or brush.

Please note: due to the use of natural dyes, colour may transfer when wet. Avoid contact with liquids wherever possible. Should your bag become wet, lay it flat to dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.

Crafted from natural materials and dyes, this piece may experience subtle fading if exposed to prolonged direct sunlight. We recommend storing it in a dry, shaded place when not in use to preserve its vibrancy over time.

SHIPPING

We offer delivery within the United States for a flat rate of $10, complimentary on orders over $350. Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days, with delivery in 3–7 days. Kindly allow up to 14 days during sale periods. Expedited two-day delivery is also available for $35.

For Canadian orders, shipping is $25 USD.

For other international destinations, shipping is $35 USD. Local duties and taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Full-price online orders may be returned within 14 days for an exchange, credit or refund should it not be quite right, subject to our Returns Policy.
