CARE GUIDE

From soft cotton knits to luxurious wool and cashmere, our knitwear is made from natural
fibres that self-regulate, for both comfort and longevity. Less washing, more airing.

Wash: Spot clean where possible. Cold hand wash with appropriate detergent (gentle,
cashmere or wool-specific detergent). Dry cleaning recommended for wool and cashmere.

Dry: Always lay flat on a drying rack in shade. Never hang while wet.

Press: Steam or press gently using a cloth.

Store: Fold flat rather than hang to maintain shape. Store in cool, dry spaces.

Preserve: Natural pilling is expected with wear. Use a cashmere comb to gently remove
pills and restore finish.

SHIPPING

We offer delivery within the United States for a flat rate of $10, complimentary on orders over $350. Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days, with delivery in 3–7 days. Kindly allow up to 14 days during sale periods. Expedited two-day delivery is also available for $35.

For Canadian orders, shipping is $25 USD.

For other international destinations, shipping is $35 USD. Local duties and taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

All sale purchases are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Full-price online orders may be returned within 14 days for an exchange, credit or refund should it not be quite right, subject to our Returns Policy.
