CARE GUIDE

From soft cotton knits to luxurious wool and cashmere, our knitwear is made from natural fibres that self-regulate, for both comfort and longevity. Less washing, more airing.

Wash: Spot clean where possible. Cold hand wash with appropriate detergent (gentle, cashmere or wool-specific detergent). Dry cleaning recommended for wool and cashmere.

Dry: Always lay flat on a drying rack in shade. Never hang while wet.

Press: Steam or press gently using a cloth.

Store: Fold flat rather than hang to maintain shape. Store in cool, dry spaces.

Preserve: Natural pilling is expected with wear. Use a cashmere comb to gently remove pills and restore finish.

Each garment carries its own unique care label. Always refer to it first as this will provide the most accurate instructions.

We offer standard delivery across the United States for $10, complimentary for orders over $350. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, with delivery in 3-7 days. Kindly allow up to 14 days during sale periods.

Express delivery is available for $35.

For Canadian orders, please allow 3-14 business days for delivery. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
